中心有特殊進駐機制，集結新興婚紗時尚科技系統，廣泛跨部門合作推動增長及開發新產品與服務；提供時尚分析大數據牆，讓零售商或設計師節省大量時間對時尚趨勢、社會情緒、材料顏色偏好等傳統人工分析研究；同時中心引入DHS及多種高科技數位機台，期望能夠培養設計師不只會設計繪圖，還能熟稔智能科技將設計數位化，直接導入模擬，簡化生產工序。 中心不定期舉辦品牌派對、當季服裝秀及pop-up。建築本身也是一個模特兒，將走貓步的動態感帶入整個建築理念，整個建築都是各位的伸展台！

The center has a special entry mechanism, which integrates emerging wedding fashion technology systems, extensive cross-departmental cooperation to promote growth and develop new products and services. The center provides big data walls for fashion analysis, which allows retailers or designers to save a lot of time for traditional manual analysis and research on fashion trends, social emotions, material color preferences and so on. It is expected that the designer will not only be proficient in digital design and drawing, but also be able to directly introduce a variety of high-tech design and simulation into DHS at the same time. The center holds brand parties, seasonal fashion shows and pop-ups from time to time. The building itself is also a model, bringing the dynamic sense of catwalking into the entire（whole) architectural concept, and the whole building is your catwalk!
